Welcome to OutreachDeskPro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between OutreachDeskPro ("The Provider," "We," "Us") and the entity or individual purchasing our services ("The Client," "You").

By placing an order, initiating a campaign, or utilizing our inventory vault, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

OutreachDeskPro specializes in digital PR and off-page SEO solutions. Our deliverables include:

• Editorial Guest Posting: Securing placements on third-party websites.
• Link Insertions (Niche Edits): Placing links into existing indexed content.
• Content Creation: Drafting editorial copy tailored to publisher guidelines.
• Strategy & Reporting: Providing white-label reports and analysis.

2. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

2.1. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full prior to commencement. We process payments via secure gateways (Stripe, Payoneer, Wise) in USD.

2.2. Refund Policy

• Before Fulfillment: Full refund or store credit if we fail to secure a link within 30 days.
• After Fulfillment: Once live and verified, fees are non-refundable.

3. The "SEO Reality" Clause

Client acknowledges the inherent risks of SEO:

• Search Engine Policies: No control over Google; no guarantees on specific rankings or indexing.
• Third-Party Liability: We do not own inventory sites; not liable for de-indexing or policy changes.
• Damages: Client assumes all risks; we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

4. Editorial Standards

4.1. Content Approval

We create content aligning with publisher tone. Excessive revisions may delay Turnaround Time (TAT).

4.2. Anchor Text Modification

Publishers reserve the right to modify anchors for editorial naturalness. We negotiate for the closest alternative.

6. Turnaround Time (TAT)

Standard TAT is 14 to 28 days. This allows for manual pitching and content creation. Unexpected publisher delays are outside our direct control.

7. Restricted Niches

• Prohibited: Adult, Hate Speech, Illegal Drugs, or sites promoting violence.
• Grey Niches: Casino, Gambling, and Crypto accepted only on designated sites with higher fees.

8. Agency Non-Solicitation

For Agencies and Resellers, we act as your silent backend partner:

• No direct contact with end-clients.
• No solicitation of your clients.
• Unbranded (White Label) reporting.

9. Changes to Terms

OutreachDeskPro reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard.
